The initial step for booking an actor is selecting through resume and head shot. So don’t forget to update your resume and add professional description. Normal look of head shot is most useful than a beauty shot. First the casting director will test you and if he is impressed by your pre-read performance, then you will sent to producer. If the producer and the director impressed by your performance then they will book you.

When you expose your personality with your performance, there are more possibilities to impress the casting director. So prepare yourself and do homework to perform best.
